Kenny, who is married to fellow cyclist Sir Jason Kenny, suffered a miscarriage in November 2021 and an ectopic being pregnant in January 2022.

“It all occurred so quick. I went to hospital pondering I had extreme Covid and left like ‘what the hell?’ having had a significant operation after I did not know I used to be pregnant.
“It was all terrifying really. I struggled massively mentally after everything that we went through, and I’d say I probably wasn’t truly happy until I fell pregnant with Monty.”
